What happens after Stripe payment?+
Email your payment email address and brief to [email protected]. We confirm acceptance, scope and the delivery clock within one business day.

No consultant can guarantee a commercial outcome. We guarantee the stated process and deliverables, while you retain final review and decision responsibility.

Cancellation & refund policy
AI Quick Answer and Custom AI Resource Pack purchases may be cancelled for a full refund before we send an order-acceptance or scope-confirmation email. After that confirmation, work begins and completed custom digital work is non-refundable; if we have not delivered within the stated period and have not agreed a revised date with you, you may cancel for a full refund. Cancel a Clarity Session more than 48 hours before its scheduled start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund, or you may reschedule once at no charge. Fixed-fee consulting projects may be cancelled for a full refund before the kickoff confirmation. After kickoff, completed work is non-refundable and any unused prepaid portion is refunded proportionally. If we cancel, reject an order, duplicate a charge, or cannot deliver the agreed service, we refund the affected amount in full. Request a refund within 14 days of payment by emailing [email protected] with the payment email and reason. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and decide them within 5 business days. Approved refunds go only to the original payment method. Stripe and your bank control final posting time, typically 5–10 business days. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
